Bist du bereit, deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten in einem professionellen Umfeld unter Beweis zu stellen? Hast du ein Auge fürs Detail und Freude daran, sicherzustellen, dass alle vertraglichen Verpflichtungen effizient und zuverlässig erfüllt werden? Dann unterstütze unser Team die Vertragsverwaltung sowie das On- und Offboarding von Franchise-Nehmern erfolgreich zu gestalten.

Dein Spielfeld:

Du unterstützt das On- und Offboarding neuer Franchise-Partner, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und pflegst gleichzeitig eine starke Beziehung zu den Partnern, indem du exzellenten Kundenservice gewährleistest.
Du pflegst und aktualisierst Verträge in unserer Software (Salesforce) regelmäßig und stellst sicher, das alles auf dem neuesten Stand bleibt.
Du kommunizierst effektiv und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine nahtlose Abstimmung sicherzustellen. Insbesondere stimmst du dich eng mit dem Legal Team ab, um zu gewährleisten, dass alle Vertragsdetails korrekt, rechtskonform und zeitnah umgesetzt werden.
Du mit an Bord, wenn es um spannenden Projekten geht und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg des Teams bei.

Damit punktest Du bei uns:

Erfahrung. Du hast einen kaufmännischen Abschluss, Erfahrung durch eine administrative Bürotätigkeit und/oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Fachliche Qualifikationen : Du hast relevante Zertifikate, die Deine Eignung für diese Position unterstreichen. Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Salesforce hilft dir, deinen Alltag zu meistern.
Sprachkenntnisse. Als #1 Sportwettenanbieter im deutschsprachigen Markt sind fließende Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren deutschsprachigen Franchisepartnern zwingend erforderlich. Des Weiteren ist Englisch die Sprache Deiner neuen Heimat.
Detailorientierung und Stressresistenz. Du zeichnest Dich durch eine präzise Arbeitsweise aus und bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und fokussiert.
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst klar und effektiv und trägst so zu einer harmonischen und produktiven Zusammenarbeit bei.
