Tipico is looking for an IT Supplier Manager to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers, delivering financial and non-financial benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing Senior Management/C-Level Management through data-driven suggestions
Manage supplier relationships to ensure contractual and financial obligations are met, maximising business value
Act as the escalation point for supplier performance and relationship issues, both commercial and operational
Drive initiatives for contract renewals, aligning with notice periods and executing renewal strategies
Actively participate in the IT budget process and support ongoing budget monitoring and cost control
Verify and approve invoices related to IT contracts (software, hardware, services)
Support custom reporting requests and manage monthly accruals
Oversee cloud cost management contributing to significant savings
Participate in internal projects focused on business efficiency, continuity, integrity, and compliance (e.g., audits)
Continuously review processes and reports to identify improvement opportunities
Standardise supplier management practices, including performance reviews, dashboards, and scorecards
Seek contract synergies across departments
Provide ad-hoc support to users (e.g., supplier events, IT product consultations)
Draft SLA agreements and Statements of Work

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

Qualifications. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, preferred
Professional Experience. Three or more years in IT sourcing and/or procurement and/or vendor management, with at least one year as an IT sourcing or category manager
Executive Presence. Comfort interacting with both internal senior leaders and vendor senior leaders
Skills. Expert-level knowledge in contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract writing
Compliance Knowledge. Knowledge of IT compliance for data protection; knowledge of EU AI Act a plus
Stakeholder Management. Collaborate with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
Relationship Building. Strong relationship-building skills in vendor and internal customer relationship environments
Influencing & Negotiation. Influence and negotiate outcomes with leadership and maintain collaborative relationships with them
Technology Sourcing Leadership. Experience leading key technology negotiations and leading large-scale or enterprise sourcing activities
Communication Skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Languages. Fluent in English, verbal and written; German is a plus
