The Wow

At Betsson, our Customer Service team is at the heart of everything we do. We’re not just solving problems – we’re building relationships and shaping the player journey. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a dynamic, multicultural company with a strong global presence in iGaming.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, phone and email in a professional and friendly manner

  • Providing guidance and problem-solving assistance for players navigating the platform, transactions, or account issues.

  • Collaborating with other teams (Payments, Responsible Gaming, Fraud, etc.) to ensure a seamless player experience

What we are looking for

• • Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer support or hospitality roles – ideally in a tech or online environment.

  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help customers.

What we offer

• Office in Sao Paulo

• Training and career development opportunities within a fast-growing global company.

• Competitive salary, benefits package, and amazing team culture.

Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN! Then again, what else would you expect from a business 75% millennial and 1700 strong, spread across 7 offices with 900 based out of our Malta HQ alone! We recognise it may not be for the faint-hearted, but if you’re a go-getter, initiator and adrenaline junkie, always striving to push the boundaries and challenge yourself, then you’ll fit right in.
