Are you an AML expert with a sharp eye for detail and the mindset of a true team player?
As our AML Specialist (m/f/x) , you’ll step onto the pitch as a key defender of our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. Using the 4-eye principle as your strategy, you’ll review EDD profiles with precision, intercept risks before they become breaches, and pass on valuable feedback to strengthen the relevant teams.

Your playing field

Carry out meticulous 4-eye reviews on Analyst cases, ensuring accuracy and preventing compliance breaches.
Perform daily monitoring checks and take proactive steps to mitigate any compliance gaps.
Mentor analysts to draft high-quality STRs in close collaboration with the Compliance team, making sure every submission meets the highest standards.
Play a key role in training and mentoring, raising the team’s knowledge and strengthening collective capability.
Handle escalations from Analysts with confidence, providing clarity and ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct regular quality checks to keep our processes sharp, consistent, and fully compliant.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch

Education. Post-secondary qualification or equivalent – the solid foundation for your game.
Experience. At least 3 years experience in AML or a minimum of 2 years in Customer Operations within iGaming.
Language. Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. German skills are a valuable bonus.
Curious Mindset. Always scanning the field for new moves – you stay up to date with AML procedures and adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
Ownership & Accountability. You take charge of hitting SLAs and KPIs, holding yourself and your teammates accountable for delivering results.
Solution-Oriented & Hands-On. No matter how tough the match gets, you find a way to deliver – ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute whenever the team needs you.

This role is based on a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30. From time to time, flexibility will be required to cover occasional weekends or public holidays.
